Teletherapy is at your convenience.
You decided to take the leap and get help.
I know you are busy, and time is tight.
Although I love seeing my clients in person and relating face to face, teletherapy may be a more convenient alternative for you.
Teletherapy allows you to meet from the comfort of your home (or car), your private place, without the worry of traffic or parking. Wear whatever you want! Some clients find that lunchtime breaks are a good time to fit in a session.
Options for sessions are available.
In addition to convenience, the ability to have sessions on the phone or a private portal has opened up options for individuals who were hesitant to step out of their comfort zone.
Teletherapy opens possibilities that may not have been available to you due to distance or time constraints.
For every session, you have the option of meeting with me by phone or secure video chat. If meeting by phone, I will call you at our scheduled appointment time. If meeting by secure video chat, you’ll receive an e-mail appointment reminder, just like if you were coming to my office.
Outcomes are the same as in-person therapy.
We have learned through our “COVID experience” that teletherapy is a wonderful option.
Research has shown that telehealth is an effective medium for delivering therapeutic counseling services.
Although I was a skeptic with the transition to teletherapy, I now appreciate this method of delivering therapy fully. I now offer teletherapy to clients in Pennsylvania.
If you decide this option does not meet your expectations, you can always request to meet in my office.
