Therapy for Women

Overworked. Underappreciated. Depleted.

You have been trying so hard and are not sure where you are going anymore.

Trying to please family, friends, and the boss is exhausting.

How many jobs does that add up to at this point?

You have come to realize your busy life is taking a toll on your family, your relationships, and you.

Stress can become a burden.

There are times when women find themselves at a loss, especially during pivotal times such as after birth, an empty nest, new relationships, or a job.

These transitions can be exciting and unsettling at the same time.

Many women come to me searching for more. They feel like they are not good enough and filled with self-blame. Or they are plain BURNED OUT.

Sometimes in a woman’s life, finding the answers requires seeking guidance.

Let me be that guide.

I feel close to the issues that affect women and know that many women are martyrs – sacrificing themselves for others while feeling unfulfilled and possibly unproductive.

My role is to offer a safe place where you will receive compassion and acceptance as you pour out the confusion, the shame, and all the ways you beat up on yourself.

There is the possibility to find respite from your busy critical voice to a place of peace within yourself.

Silence equals invisibility. If you do not make yourself known, no one reads your mind.

It’s time to make yourself known.

Would you like to access your power and trans
form your silence into your voice?

Would you like to channel your anger and resentment to positivity and contentment?

Then, it’s time to transform your “have to” to “I choose to.”

Develop the ability to let your needs be known, explore self-care time, and make boundaries when appropriate.

Let’s work on that transformation.

We will work together to bring you back to a sense of joy and purpose.

We will develop tools to help empower you to move toward fulfillment.

Join me on your journey to find your voice, set boundaries, and claim the joy of Womanhood.

“Since coming to therapy with Taibke, I have seen positive change. I am much more at peace with myself. I am able to communicate more effectively with people. I am at a better place with my relationship which brought me to therapy where we can have difficult conversations, show affection, and be more loving.”
